For this project, you needed to set up a contract and get it signed. After you signed it, you got to work on it. All the mechanics, dynamics, and aesthetics needed to be in the contract and you couldn't make more or less than that.
Making the deadline, I had a lot planned for these 3 weeks and all the mechanics that I planned were in the game at the end. But I had too little time to make it fun to play gameplay-wise, I had only the last day for making the levels. So next time I have to be a little bit more realistic time-wise, maybe plan be last couple of days for finishing touches only.
The entire project except for some assets, like Yoshi, Boo, and Spiny.
