Our last project of the second year. This time we were with 7 people, 3 game developers and 4 game artists. For this project, we had 8 weeks.
The biggest problem faced was the communication. The developers' communication was quite good, and we used Trello a lot. However, the problem was the communication between the developers and artists. It was very poor and that caused a few issues along the way. Our biggest flaw was missing the deadline twice, because of the communication. For next time we must talk and communicate more, not only with developers under each order, but also with the artists. And that there are gonna be better agreements over the deadline on who is gonna do what.
For the entire project, I was busy with the enemies. I made all the scripts for them, the health system, the AI, and a lot more. Also, I made some other scripts like a day-night cycle script and my scripts for turning on-off the cycle and shader.
